ICAR-Indian Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Research Centre-Vasad celebrated the 74th Republic Day on 26th January, 2023. Head of the Centre Dr. D. Dinesh unfurled the national flag at 9 AM at main office and 10 AM at farm office. Dr. D. Dinesh addressed the audience about the constitution and recalled the freedom fighter responsible for this republic day. Dr. A.K. Singh (Former Head) has also spoken about duties of employees in development of nation as well as our centre. Moreover, Dr. Dinesh Jinger (Scientist, Agronomy) mentioned the progress and achievements of the centre during 2022. Lunch was arranged for the staff members and their families. Sweets were distributed to all the staff members and children’s came from nearby villages. All the staff members were present in the program and made the program successful.
