Exposure visit cum training on Watershed management programmes to the committee members and farmers from villages of Pullambadi & Lalgudi blocks of Trichy District brought by Dalmia Bharat Foundation(NGO) was conducted on 31.01.2023 which was sponsored by NABARD by the research centre Ooty. Totally 28 farmers(18 Women and 10 Men) and 2 NGO officials participated in the programme. Dr. P Sundrambal Principal Scientist and Acting Head & Er.A.Murugesan Tech. Officer Coordinated this programme.

Dr.P.Sundarambal Delivered lecture on Community organization, SWC measures and post project management in Watershed programmes. It was followed by Video film show on SWC Technologies, Museum and field visit to research farm conducted by .Shri A.Murugesan Tech. Officer. At the end there was an interaction session in which the farmers got clarified their doubts and provided positive feedback regarding this training. The programme ended by a formal vote of thanks.
